Home Roster Membership Meetings What's New Snow Policy Bylaws Application Testimonials Membership Our mission is simple; each Hudson Valley Lead Exchange member is committed to the generation of business leads for fellow members and to the overall growth of the organization. A seat on the Hudson Valley Lead Exchange is by category. Because having more than one member in a category would cause competition or conflict within the group, each category is limited to one member only. Each member agrees to: 1. Provide at least one inside and one outside business lead to any other member during a calendar month. 2. Members cannot belong to any other networking organization. (This excludes the Chamber of Commerce, which we ourselves are a member of.) 3. As often as possible, members must have a fellow member provide for their business needs. 4. Attend meetings weekly or send an approved alternate. 5. Recruit 2 new members. (In fact, if a member recruits 2 new members in a year, their dues are waived for the following year.) Dues are $200 for the first year and $100 for each year thereafter (unless you bring in 2 new members - see #5 above). Each member is responsible for the payment of the cost of his/her breakfast at the Neptune. We meet weekly, on Tuesday mornings from 7:15 until 8:30 at the Neptune Diner, route 17K, Newburgh, New York.
