At the meetings, members make presentations on a rotating basis to educate other members about their capabilities, products and services and the types of prospects they are looking for. At the close of each meeting, business leads are exchanged among the members.

Snow Policy The cancellation of Hudson Valley Lead Exchange meetings is based on the Newburgh Enlarged School District and their delay or cancellation of school as follows: If the Newburgh Enlarged School District closes school because of snow, the meeting of the Hudson Valley Lead Exchange is CANCELLED. If the Newburgh Enlarged School District delays the start of school by one or two hours because of snow, the meeting of the Hudson Valley Lead Exchange is NOT CANCELLED, BUT ATTENDANCE IS AT THE DISCRETION AND AVAILABILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL MEMBER.
